Don brings out an interesting point, the only problem is that as well fed
as some urban cats are, the owls might have trouble carrying off or
killing for that matter prey that was twice the size and four times as
heavy. I have a 12 lb. dog and some of those cats scare him. But if don
thinks it will work I have a pine tree next our deck that conviently
overlooks a office parking lot that I wouldn't mind having a great horned
roost in.
