I recently moved to Providence Point (a condo in Issaquah). The manager has
requested that we sterilize the bird seed before placing in the feeders.
This can be done by baking it for 20 minutes at 225 degrees. Sterilization
of the seeds will preclude spilled seeds from rooting in the grass area.
I've never heard of this before. Is there any opinion of this.
