In the barely-worth-mentioning category, I had a Steller's Jay at the feeder
this morning and it had no tail, zippo. Wish I could call Dr. Doolittle
over to ask "What happened to you?" Seemed to fly O.K. though I'm not sure
how he would do with a Cooper's Hawk hot on his... uh, rump.
