I'm typing this one-handed while holding a juvenile house finch in the other
hand. I found it under our birdfeeder. It holds its head nearly upside down
and cannot adequately fly. Is this a genetic condition of which one of you
may have seen before? An illness? Is there anything I can do? It is now
11:30 am on Tuesday,
