The Parakeets, Conyers or "what-ever-they-are" in Southeast Portland come to
our cedars every year at this time; but I haven't seen them in any firs.
The only other things I've seen them eating are apples and corn in my
garden. They like to strip the tassles and clean up any ears of corn that
are left to dry on the stalks.
