I have seen a pair of Cockatiels in Ballard (on Ballard Ave near 17th) and
a Budgerigar at Discovery Park, just across the ship canal. Each was a
one-time sighting, but since my "yard" was entirely cement, I didn't see
many birds out the window - it would only be while out walking or cycling
that I would see any.
