Dear Tweeters: In my immediately-previous message re distinguishing
between parrots and parakeets at a distance, I failed to recognize
that my observations were confined to the area from Costa Rica through
Peru, and may be totally inapplicable to other areas in the hemisphere
or the rest of the planet. Sorry!
