All rarebird phoneworks SHOULD HAVE BEEN and need to be activated
immediately regarding this rarity, were it not 2:15 am, I would start
them right now. I could have tried for this bird today, had someone
notified me via a phone message as I am on the Portland RBPN.
How come I am only just now finding out about this rarity when it
was seen yesterday? Ok, I am through kavetching for now.
