I've no doubt this is a good suggestion, but...
I've got a 2-perch tube feeder that sometimes has 4 house finches on it, 1
on each perch, 1 on the top, and 1 on the hanger. Sometimes 1 or 2 more
will hover close to the feeder, hoping to distract/dislodge those that hold
fast.
