It looks like I might get trapped into going to Reno for a few days in
July. I don't care about gambling, so I called Flora and Fauna to see
if there were any books available that describe birding in the Reno area,
or Reno/Tahoe area, or Western Nevada. But they said that they had
never seen one that had been available to them. The Rand McNally Road
Atlas seems to show several lakes and wildlife refuges roughly in that
area, so there must be some birds there somewhere.

Does anyone know of a publication with which one might attempt to plan
some birding somewhere in that area? (I can be even more vague, if
necessary. :-))
