I strongly recommend the Bosque Del Apache Refuge as well. We spent a few
hours there last summer. One of the things that made it especially good for
me (aside from the birds) was that you could practically see everything from
your car, or set up for viewing right next to your car. Hope you can get
there. It's a great spot.
