When replying to an already long message, please, please, please do not
reproduce the original message in its entirety! The "Subject: Re:" is usually
enough of a clue or a short exerpt, at most, if you have the ability to edit in
your reply mode. In this case the original message should have been sent as an
attachment, if at all. Bandwidth is the biggest problem on the internet these
days, so please keep it short and pithy.
