We only feed black oil sunflower seed in our ledge feeders and mostly we have
house sparrows and house finches. We also have American Goldfinches (we also
feed niger in a hanging tube feeder) and the occasional spotted towhee and
junco and lots of red-winged blackbirds---lots fewer starlings each year.
