Hi! No, Ringed Turtle-dove is not new. It was first seen on other side of
river
from State Park with a flock of Mourning Doves in Dec. We tried to find it
on
our CBC Jan. 4, but couldn't. Glad to hear it is still around, as I
haven't seen
