Hi Tweets

I was over at 'Potholes' reservoir over the weekend (April 13).
Looked for a Clarke's Grebe with no success, but did get great looks
at a Prarie Falcon, and several Great Egrets. I walked out into what
looked like relatively undisturbed sage habitat at several places
looking for Sage Thrashers, but didn't see or hear them...Was I (1)
too early, (2) are they hard to find, (3) was I unlucky, (4) was I
looking in the wrong place...or (5) ...?

Also,

I will be driving from Seattle to Eugene, Oregon tomorrow, and have
time for one or two birding stops along the way...

Any suggestions?
