Check out Stewart Pond on the west side of Eugene. That is a popular place
for waterfowl. From I5 take the Florence exit and continue west until you
reach Bertelson. Turn right on Bertelson then take the first right which is
Stewart. Stewart pond will be at the base of the hill on the left.
Another good spot is Kirk Pond but it's farther west on the northern side of
Fern Ridge Res. It's another good spot for waterfowl and gulls.
