A Physical Plant Steamfitter brought in what appears to be a younger
Virginia Rail. It seems to have injuries to both its leg(s) and a wing.
It's obviously in distress. Its located in the Plant Services Building of
the University of Washington (west across 25th Ave from University
Village), in the plumber's shop office area. Can anyone give me the num-
ber of a rehab facility, or is there anyone on campus that can help?
