The 1997 WOS Conference Registration deadline has passed but one can still
attend in part.

If one registers at the door, they can attend the (Thurs, Fri & Sat) evening
speakers, Saturday's exhibits and paper presentations . Field trips are
filled and meals are no longer available.

You'd still be a part of the whole event and there are people there who
would be willing to help you find places to bird. Purchasing "Birds of the
TriCities and Vicinity" would also provide area birding information.
