How ironic. Jan Bragg found a Killdeer nest at Magnuson a week ago. This
Saturday the eggs were missing and the adults gone. Racoons, dogs, people, who
knows? We talked about marking future nests but that clearly doesn't work,
either. Parks are just tough sledding for ground nesting birds, in particular.
