Glad you liked the post. I really find it hard sometimes when people
knock listers. I do a lot of environmental "good works." However,
because I'm a lister I'm supposed to be some kind of bird-killer! Yes,
I'm exaggerating, but that's how these people make me feel sometimes.

I agree that a few well-placed words can often change people's behavior.
If that doesn't work, and the situation is serious enough, they can also
be reported to the appropriate authorities.
