Yep. Ride the wind and save a few kilocalories. They were here in central BC
on the 20th. It can be instructive to view one of the web radar sites on a
night with no precipitation and a warm south wind in the spring. What looks
like rain on the radar is instead migrating birds. This happened a few days
ago in the Puget Sound area.
