Tweeters: I'm looking for information about Malheur NWR. When is the best
time to go? We can get away after May 22nd. Would this be worthwhile or is
it too late?
Does the refuge have an email address? Where is a good place to camp with
our tent trailer? Is the road to French Glen drivable? Is Steens Mountain
Resort a good place to stay? What is the Malheur Field Station (at
Princeton?) like? It isn't listed in our camping guides. Any particular hot
spots to be aware of? Any checklists available? Wow! Lots of
questions....hope you experienced folks can help. Thanks!
