(1) No, the first printings of the Oregon Delorme also lacked the section,
Township, and Range lines. Too bad, those are also very helpful for
planning milage.

(3) Usually county specific maps, such as Metzgers, have section lines.
Topographic maps have Section, Town and Range markings, but there may be
more details than you are looking for.
