Thanks to Scott Downes and Kas Dumroese for responding to my query about
Black-backed Woodpeckers in the Spokane area. Neither had immediate
locations sites but both referred to the Riverside Park area of northwest
Spokane where there has been a forest burn in the past couple of years. I'm
off to check it out on Saturday.

More curious than knowledgeable, did you receive any information of current
locations for Black-backed Woodpeckers? (in Spokane area)
