.............You are absolutely correct. But......how many people know
where* Sauvie Island * is???? Unless you are from this area, one
probably wouldn't, so I alluded to the refuge being *north* of
Vancouver, Wash.....which city was across the river from Portland, Oreg.
Perhaps my choice of directions could have been better chosen.
..............Anyway, thanks for the suggestion for reclarification.....
