We shall be birding in Washington-Oregon in early Sept and are seeking
specifically Northern Pygmy-Owl, Gray-crowned Rosy Finch, Flammulated Owl
(if it is not too late), and White-tailed Ptarmigan. Thus far we have
learned via Tweeters and other sources about:
1. GC Rosy Finch on Mt Baker, Ranier NP (Sunrise) and Hurrican Ridge
2. Ptarmigan on Mt Baker and Ranier NP (Sunrise)
We would be grateful for any advice as to these or other sites. Please
respond directly if you wish. We shall be happy to reciprocate re South
