OK, I'd thought that but was on a boat to shoot whales last weekend
(WITH MY CAMERA ONLY!) and the boatfolk said they'd been downlisted,
not delisted. Delisting makes more sense in regard to the Makah's
decision to whale. I should know better than to listen to boat
drivers.
