I would like to add to the Upland Sandpiper sightings with one from Fort St.
James in central B.C. While working at the B.C.Rail yard outside Fort St.
James I had an Upland Sandpiper land within 30 feet of my truck and stroll
around as I fumbled around for my binos and bird guide. I was able to
observe it for about 15 minutes before a train came along andit flew off.

also I have been observing a family of Eastern Kingbirds and a Family of
mountain Bluebirds with the young still pestering the adults for food.
