Hi tweeters.

First, let me apologize for the blanket posting. A lot of you are affiliated
with universities or other research institutions and I thought you might be
able to advise my friend below on finding an appropriate graduate program.
Laypeople can close the email now.

Please read the message below and if you have useful information for Brian,
you can contact him directly at brian.wee at ac.com. Thanks for you help!

Wallis

Hi Wallis,
Bill gave me your e-mail addr because I need some info, and he thought you
may
be able to help. Essentially, I intend to leave my current job with Andersen

Consulting, and,

(a) go back to graduate school to do a Masters in Env. Sci. / Ecology /
Biology and then hit the road for related jobs, or,

(b) work with an environmental NGO like IUCN, WWF, or Audubon to do
educational computer applications (my speciality, have a Masters and working
experience in this arena).

(c and d deleted, not particularly revelant)

I've listed my options in decreasing order of preference. This has been in
the
works for some time and I don't see myself getting anywhere especially with
regard to option (b), so I'm trying for option (a) now, which looks pretty
attractive to me actually. Do you have any contacts that I can write to
bounce
ideas off? Especially contacts of professors in universities. I'm desparate

to get something done pretty soon before I grow old, tip over, and suffocate
with my nose in the ground.

Thanks, I appreciate any pointers you can pass this way.

Brian
