On Sunday, I saw a happy group of Canada honkers and one pr mallards
goofing off in a huge puddle across Mercer Street from the Exhibition
Hall/Seattle Center. There were several people standing at the chain link
fence enjoying the birds in this unlikely city pond. Wouldn't it be great
if the city (or whoever owns that block) could afford to leave it?
