A CATTLE EGRET has been present on Bainbridge Island for the last two
weeks near the intersection of High School Road and Fletcher Bay Road.

The BLACK PHOEBE was still present at the Washougal sewage plant through
the 30th.

A NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRD has been present through the 30th near the Kent
Ponds, along the north end of Russell Road, just south of 212th. The
bird also likes a holly tree near some greenhouses across the river on
Frager Road.

The usual raptors have returned to the Samish Flats area, including a
GYRFALCON near the intersection of Bayview-Edison Road and Sullivan
Road.

On the 29th a male "EURASIAN" GREEN-WINGED TEAL was found in a muddy
field at the north end of the Everett sewage ponds.

On the 29th a possible third-year SLATY-BACKED GULL was seen in a gull
flock at the Everett Public Boat Launch off Marine View Drive.

RED PHALAROPES were reported from Sequim, at Three Crabs Road, and
Ilwaco last week.
