Unfortunately, the scans disappeared along with much of my web site when the
old machine which hosted it crashed. The owner had told me that the two
disk partitions he'd given me were on two physically different disks. When
the web page disk crashed, he came back and said "oops, they're the same disk,
sorry!". I'd been using the "second" disk for back-ups, and of course
lost them
as well as the original.

I had older backups elsewhere, but ended up losing about 1/3 of the site,
including those scans.

I still have most of the prints around, but no scanner. HP donated a scanner
to PAS, but it had a bad SCSI card. They're going to replace it, but we don't
know when for sure, probably after the holidays I bet.

So, I might be able to resurrect these in a month or two.
