I live in Richmond Beach, near 18th and 202nd. I have heard Great Horned
Owls on occasion in Woodway, off of 20th (It becomes Timberlane at the
county line) I have also seen Red Tailed Hawks in the woods which are
part of the "Chevron Property".

Your lucky you get downy woodpeckers, I have yet to see them in my yard.
Sharp-shinned and Cooper's hawks are both very common in the area and I
see them in my yard regularly. Sharp-shinned hawks fledged 4 young in a
nest which was in a tree along 15th Ave N.W. this last summer. Do you by
any chance get Anna's hummingbirds during the winter? We have two or
three of them.
