I just completed my five hours of duty on the Pullman/Moscow CBC.
Typical Palouse birding: Red-tailed Hawks, Rough-legged Hawk, Dark-eyed
Juncos, California Quail, Gray Partridge, etc.

One bird of note: There was an adult WHITE-THROATED SPARROW in a
flock of White-crowned Sparrows and juncos along River Road near the Cohen's
house. Call me at 334-3044 if you want more information.

Enjoy the Christmas Bird Count Season!
