This is timely, as I've just finished uploading captions and photos from my
latest Photo CD to my web site. I was in Monterey in October, and
photographed
a California sea lion with fishing line wrapped around its neck, from a boat.

The boat drivers - it was a whale watching trip - were going to report it
upon our return.
