Carl,

I don't have an "official" list but have been comparing notes with Kevin
Aanerud and Russell Rogers, etc. and would add the following, at least:

Brown Pelican
Leach's Storm-Petrel
Fork-tailed Storm-Petrel
Broad-winged Hawk
American Golden Plover
Pacific Golden Plover
Black-necked Stilt
Ruddy Turnstone
Red Knot
Sharp-tailed Sandpiper
Rock Sandpiper
Ruff
Red Phalarope
Black-headed Gull
Elegant Tern
Burrowing Owl
White-throated Swift
[Yellow-bellied Sapsucker] <review for state list pending>
Red-naped Sapsucker
Least Flycatcher
Gray Flycatcher
Vermilion Flycatcher
[Cassin's Vireo]
Blue-headed Vireo <review for state list pending>
Chestnut-sided Warbler
Blackburnian Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Indigo Bunting
[Spotted Towhee] <in lieu of Rufous-sided Towhee>
Chestnut-collared Longspur
Rustic Bunting
Bullock's Oriole <in lieu of Northern Oriole>
Baltimore Oriole
Lesser Goldfinch

Thirty new species (since the publication of Birding in Seattle and King
County in 1982) for a total of 337 to date of which I've seen 287.
