Thanks Tom for educate me the difference between Federal and State Land.The
point I realy try to make here, that now there enforce the Law when you
go there.Most of the Birders on sunday din't have this license,according
what the Game warden told me, and there left.So the news is out, only to
inform birders what to expect when there bird there, Not to cause on of
this long discussion
