I have been off line for a few days due to technical difficulties so hope
I'm not to late with this reply.

The Xantus' is still doing fine at it's Gibsons location as of yesterday
Dec. 28.

Following are directions if anyone needs them.

Take the Langdale Ferry from Horseshoe Bay. From the ferry follow Hwy #101
towards Gibsons and Seschelt. Pass through Gibsons and turn left at Pratt
which is the street just past the Wendy's/Tim Hortons on your right. Follow
Pratt to its end at Gower Pt. Rd. Turn right and follow this road to 2nd
Street. Turn right and proceed a short distance uphill to 221 which is on
your left. There is a sawhorse in the drive.
