I must be addicted, cause I really missed it. Please note the new e-mail =

The CBC-Lardeau(BC), first official CBC, was held on Dec 27. We had snow =
overnight, but it cleared nicely on the 27th. The count results =
supported my suspicion that at the north end of Kootenay Lake, we get =
about as many species as other close by areas, just not the numbers. =
Altogether we recorded 937 birds, representing 37 species. More =
importantly, we had 16 official participants.
