Forgive me for being suspicious of another government tax; but I wonder how
much of your $10 will actually be used in support of wildlife? $10 from
each birder and hiker certainly won't buy very many 300 thousand dollar
outdoor toilets. Too bad the state doesn't give you the option of donating
the $10 to a non-governmental conservation organization.
