Please forgive me, Tweets, for taking this public, but at the moment I
feel insulted and in need of some support from the group.

Below is the response from Donald Peterson (I hope I've remembered the
last name correctly), who appears to be new to the group, to a message I
posted privately to him in which I wrote that there was no need to shout,
that we could hear him just fine. (His previous messages to Tweeters were
written all in caps, except that he "signed" his name to one of them in
lower case letters.) My message to him was meant as a polite way to let
him know the established etiquette of the group. Apparently, I offended
him. Certainly, he's offended me with his reply.

May I have a reiteration about established etiquette on this List? Do we
need to put up with such rudeness?
