Subject: Unidentified (maybe Audubon) warbler

Tweets,

I caught a too brief look at what I think may have been an Audubon's warbler
yesterday. The bird looked to be primarily gray with some yellow on the
sides (appeared when it took flight). I didn't note any striping, but the
sky was gray, the light was bad and the bird was FAST!

At any rate, the one thing that really stood out was the very bright, yellow
rump patch. It was visible with wings folded or open.

Any guesses?

Thanks,

Peggi

PS I found where the Goldfinches go in winter - it's here! I'm so pleased
to have these little companions visiting my, now infamous, balcony!
