This report was made at 9:40 p.m. February 4th.

A SWAMP SPARROW was found on the 3rd near the intersection of
Snoqualmie Valley Rd. and Woodinville-Duvall Rd. The same day
another SWAMP SPARROW was found about a half mile north of
the Stillwater Store on Hwy 203.

Four WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS and 5 TREE SPARROWS
were in the hedgerows adjacent to the Skagit Game Range HQ Boat
Launch Parking Lot on the 2nd. Also in the area was a TREE SWALLOW.

A pelagic trip out of Westport on the 2nd netted MOTTLED PETREL,=20
LAYSAN ALBATROSS and PARAKEET AUKLET.

The ROCK SANDPIPER was relocated in West Seattle near the
1300 block of Alki Avenue on the 2nd. It is generally in the com-
pany of SURFBIRDS along the rocks to the south of Duwamish
Head.

The BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER was relocated on the 1st in=20
the Arboretum between the 520 overpass and the footbridge.

A ROSS=92' GOOSE was found at the Clay Street marsh in
Auburn on the 1st. The marsh can be reached by taking the 15th St NW
exit off Hwy 167 and going west. From the intersection of 15th NW and
West Valley Hwy go left (south) until you see Main St.
Left (east) on Main back over Hwy 167 and take the
2nd left onto Clay Street. The sign designating Clay Street may
be rather hard to see.

A RED-SHOULDERED HAWK has been seen through the 1st in
the vicinity of Three Crabs Road and Golden Sands Boulevard near
Sequim.

The COMMON EIDER in southern British Columbia was seen
again on the 2nd. Call the Vancouver Hotline for details at
