On Feb 1 & 2 I pretty much repeated Andy Stepniewski's epic journey to Idaho
& saw most of the same species that he did. I had much better weather &
road conditions. All birds were easy & cooperative. I found PINE GROSBEAKS
in Hailey at S 3rd & Elm. I also relocated the OLDSQUAW in the Marsing park
with GREAT-TAILED GRACKELS nearby.

Sun Valley was beautiful. Demi & I ate a balcony for lunch.

Andy said he and Denny did 1,250 miles in three days.
I drove 950 miles in 48 hours.

Thanks to Andy & Kas for directions.

Other birds seen were SIBERIAN ACCENTOR, BLACK ROSY-FINCH, GYRFALCON,
PEREGRINE FALCON, BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS, SNOW BUNTINGS.

Why haven't you gone?

Good Birding,
