Just got back from a great birding trip with The Mountaineers to Nisqually
Delta Wildlife Refuge. My first time there. Thought y'all might be
interested in an accounting.

Rough-legged Hawk
Northern Shrike
Marsh wren
Golden-crowned Sparrow
Western Meadowlarks
Snowy Owl
White-crowned Sparrow
Red-breasted Merganser
Gadwall
Pileated Woodpecker
Horned Grebe
White-winged Scoter
Bald Eagle
Brandt
Dunlin
Red-shafted Flicker
And the usual crowd of Mallards, Canada Geese, Coots, Song Sparrows, Crows,
Spotted Towhees, Buffleheads, House Finches, Dark-eyed Juncos, gulls and
Robins!
It was FREEZING cold and foggy, but what a great day!
