My trip was successful for the Northern Hawk Owl. We observed the bird
next to the sports complex between the tennis courts and football field
between 8:20-8:45 today. It was there with 2 Pine Grosbeaks. The bird
appeared quite intersted in both the Grosbeaks and the House FInches
nearby as it continually flew to nearby perches then rotated its head
around. The bird is well worth the trip!!
