While there is a fine line between dialect and improper grammar, as
demonstrated above. There are many times when "dialect" can contribute
to the flavor and nuances of a post, that otherwise are lost. These
nuances are what makes e-mail, and news posts, a hybrid between face to
face conversations and regular mail. Granted, one must first know how to
write, and speak, proper english, before using dialect to flesh out
their subject, but it's still part of the english language, and cannot
be ignored. To be elitist about something as dynamic as a language, will
only leave you in the dust of its passing.
