I don't have nearly as bad of an opinion of kayakers as I do of jetskiers.
It looks like a fun sport but terrorizes everything they come near. I've
never seen a polite jetskier nor one interested in doing anything but
tearing up the water and, hence, the shoreline.

The poor Western Grebes in the shallows really suffer.
