Yes, Robins are on the move in Wenatchee. Yesterday (2/16) Lorna and I
noticed flocks scattered throughout Chelan and Douglas Cos. We also had two
Killdeer high on the Waterville Plateau near Lemoire, Douglas Co.

However, to me spring is when there is ONE Robin in my front yard, one down
the street, and a third one a little further down the street. Several years
ago during a very mild winter, the Robins set up territory in late January.
This year we still have at least a foot of snow on the ground, and unless
Robins eat sunflower seeds, will avoid my yard for a while longer.
