If memory serves...
A Bar-headed Goose (native to India) was reported near Stevenson last year.
It sounds to me like there might be a leaky aviary somewhere in the
Stevenson area.
There are some legitimate Fulvous Whistling Duck records for the Pacific
Northwest (11 in Coos Bay,OR,Feb 1974), but they are also popular Aviary
birds.
